Welcome back to my little corner of the internet πŸ’—

I'm officially on Day 30 of my 90-day Noise app experiment…

And honestly?

Today was one of those mornings where life just felt:

πŸ‘‰ really, really human.

Not perfectly consistent.

Not smoothly on schedule.

Just…

πŸ‘‰ real.

And I'm documenting it anyway πŸ’—

🍳 The Morning That Did Not Go as Planned lol πŸ˜πŸ’—

Okay so…

I have to be honest with you about this morning because:

πŸ‘‰ this is real life caregiving.

And I think it's important to document the messy parts too.

This morning I dropped my mom's breakfast.

All over her bed.

And the floor.

πŸ˜πŸ’—

And honestly?

In that moment I felt:

  • exhausted

  • overwhelmed

  • like I just couldn't catch a break

So I did something I don't usually let myself do.

I got back into bed for a few minutes.

Just a few.

And I gave myself that.

And honestly?

I think that was the right call πŸ’—

Because after those few minutes…

I got back up.

Cleaned everything up.

Made mom new breakfast.

And went and picked up the elderly man who helps me care for her.

And kept going.

Because honestly?

πŸ‘‰ that is what caregiving really looks like.

It's not always graceful.

It's not always smooth.

But you keep going anyway πŸ’—

πŸ’— "Some mornings you drop the breakfast. You get back into bed for a few minutes. And then you get back up anyway. That's not failure β€” that's resilience."

πŸ’Š My First High Dose Vitamin D β€” Body Reacting lol

So last night I took my first dose of my high dose Vitamin D prescription…

and honestly?

I think my body had some kind of reaction to it lol πŸ˜πŸ’—

I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

But I'm hoping it's just my body:

  • adjusting

  • acclimating

  • starting to absorb something it's been severely deficient in

I'll be on this high dose prescription for 8 weeks…

and honestly?

I'm really hopeful that addressing this deficiency will:

  • help with my energy levels

  • support my immune system

  • help with the exhaustion I've been feeling

  • and support my overall health during this really demanding season πŸ’—

Has anyone else experienced a reaction when first starting high dose Vitamin D?

πŸ’— What This Morning Taught Me About Caregiving

Honestly?

This morning reminded me of something really important:

πŸ‘‰ caregiving is not a performance.

It doesn't have to look perfect.

It doesn't have to be seamless.

Some mornings the breakfast gets dropped.

Some mornings you need five minutes back in bed.

Some mornings your body is reacting to new medication.

Some mornings you're just:

πŸ‘‰ doing the best you can with what you have.

And honestly?

That is always enough πŸ’—

🌿 What Day 30 Is Teaching Me

Day 30 is teaching me:

  • messy mornings don't erase consistent effort

  • getting back up is the whole practice

  • your body acclimating to healing is not failure

  • caregiving takes more courage than people realize

  • grace is not weakness β€” it's wisdom

🌱 Root Chakra Reflection: Stability Even on the Messy Days

This whole journey keeps bringing me back to:

πŸ‘‰ stability doesn't mean perfection.

It means:

  • getting back up after you drop the breakfast

  • giving yourself five minutes before pushing forward

  • taking your medication even when your body reacts

  • showing up in the way you can with what you have

And honestly?

That kind of stability feels more real and more earned

than any perfectly consistent streak ever could πŸ’—πŸŒ»

  • Keep showing up in whatever way I can πŸ’—

πŸ’¬ Final Thoughts on Day 30

Day 30 was messy.

And exhausted.

And human.

Breakfast on the floor.

Five minutes back in bed.

A body adjusting to new medication.

And still…

I kept going.

And honestly?

πŸ‘‰ I think that's the whole point πŸ’—πŸŒ»
