Day 7 Results: My 30-Day Noise App Experiment (So Many Small Wins 💗)

Day 7 of my 30-day Noise app experiment and today was all about small intentional wins. ThredUp payment applied to my credit card, a $30 monthly subscription canceled, day 29 of walking, the Influence app almost at cashout, and affirmations restarted. Not huge. But meaningful. 💗
