Day 7 Results: My 30-Day Noise App Experiment (So Many Small Wins π)
Welcome back to my little corner of the internet π
I'm officially on Day 7 of my 30-day Noise app experiment⦠and today feels like one of those days where everything counts.
Not huge.
But meaningful π
π Day 7 Noise App Results
Here's where I'm at today in this Noise app experiment:
π₯ Followers: 807 β 811 (+4 π)
π° Noise app earnings: $2.92 β $3.31 (+$0.39)
π± Posts today: 2 posts
And honestly?
I'm starting to feel really consistent with this now π
π° Noise App Money Goal Check-In
π Current earnings: $3.31 / $50
Still early β but it's building every single day π
π― Noise App Follower Goal Check-In
π Current followers: 811 / 1,000
β¨ Only 189 away!
π³ Credit Card Update β A Boundary Moment
This was honestly one of the most meaningful parts of today.
I took the $22.92 from ThredUp and applied it toward my credit card.
It hasn't posted yet β but I made the payment.
And I also made a decision that felt really important:
π I stopped a $30 monthly notary training charge.
Because I realized something:
π I can't get out of debt if I keep adding new charges.
β¨ ThredUp payment applied: $22.92 toward credit card
β¨ Monthly subscription canceled: $30 saved every month going forward
That felt like a boundary moment for me.
And honestly?
Sometimes the most powerful financial decision you can make is just:
π stopping the bleeding. π
π "You cannot fill a bucket that has a hole in it. Canceling what no longer serves you is just as powerful as earning more."
π¦ Smart Money Decision Day
Even though today wasn't a big savings dayβ¦
It was a smart money decision day.
And that matters just as much π
πΆββοΈ Day 29 of Walking 10K Steps Daily
I walked another 10K steps today.
And noβ¦ I didn't wake up at 4 AM this time lol ππ
But I still got it in:
π little pockets throughout my day
π while just living my life
And now I'm officially on:
β¨ Day 29 of walking 10K steps daily.
That feels really meaningful to me β especially after stopping when my grandma passed.
It's not about doing it perfectlyβ¦
It's about coming back to myself. π
πΆ WalkingPad P1 Folding Treadmill

π± Extra Income β Trying the Influence App While Walking!
Okay this one is SO smart and I am kind of obsessed with it lol ππ
I started doing surveys on the Influence app while walking on my walking pad.
And right now I'm at:
π Influence app earnings: $9.75 / $10.00 to cash out
β¨ So close to cashout lol! ππ
I only need $10.00 to cash out β so I am literally so close lol ππ
And honestly?
Stacking habits β walking AND earning at the same time β is one of the smartest things I have started doing on this journey π
β¨ Mindset Work β Back to Affirmations and Scripting
I also started working with:
π positive affirmations
π scripting again
And it feels like I'm reconnecting with a part of myself I hadn't been fully tapping into lately.
Because honestly?
The outer work β the posting, the saving, the walking β only goes so far without the inner work to match it π
π± What Day 7 of This Noise App Experiment Is Teaching Me
Day 7 is teaching me:
small decisions matter just as much as big ones
boundaries with money are just as important as earning more
consistency doesn't have to be perfect to count
you can stack habits together β walking and earning at the same time π‘
πΏ Root Chakra Reflection: Choosing Long-Term Peace
This journey is continuing to feel really grounding.
Today wasn't about doing moreβ¦
It was about:
making better decisions
creating stability
choosing long-term peace over short-term comfort
And honestly?
That is exactly what root chakra healing looks like in real everyday life π
π¬ Final Thoughts on Day 7
Day 7 feels⦠intentional.
