Welcome back to my little corner of the internet πŸ’—

OMG 😭

Day 13 of my 90-day Noise app experiment and honestly?

Today was a doozy lol πŸ˜πŸ’—

Like a genuinely fascinating, eye opening, mindset shifting kind of day.

Let me tell you everything πŸ’—

πŸ“Š Day 13 Noise App Results

Here are my updated Day 13 Noise app experiment stats:

πŸ‘₯ Followers: 1,625 β†’ 1,639 (+14 πŸ’—)

πŸ’° Noise app earnings: $31.71 β†’ $31.85 (+$0.14)

πŸ“± Posts today: 7 posts β€” six of them right in a row!

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Walking Challenge: Day 63 of walking 10K steps daily βœ…

πŸ’ͺ Workout: Walked with weighted vest βœ…

And honestly?

The follower count is still climbing which is encouraging πŸ’—

But today also brought some really interesting observations that I want to share honestly.

πŸ“ˆ 90-Day Goal Tracker β€” Day 13 Check-In

πŸ’° Goal #1 β€” Noise App Earnings: $31.85 and climbing πŸ’—

πŸ‘₯ Goal #2 β€” Reach 5,000 Followers: 1,639 / 5,000

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Goal #3 β€” Walking 10K Steps Daily: Day 63 βœ…

πŸ’ͺ Goal #4 β€” Lift Weights 3x Per Week: In progress πŸ’—

πŸ’³ Goal #5 β€” Pay Down Debt: Continuing to chip away πŸ’—

πŸ‘€ Something Interesting I Noticed Today

Okay so here is something really fascinating that happened today.

I posted seven times on the Noise app β€” six of them right in a row.

And what I noticed was:

πŸ“‰ Views before: 300+ views per video

πŸ“‰ Views after posting six in a row: 30-40 views per video

πŸ‘₯ Followers: Still steadily increasing πŸ’—

That is a pretty significant drop in views lol πŸ˜πŸ’—

And honestly?

It taught me something really valuable about the Noise app algorithm:

πŸ‘‰ spacing out your posts consistently throughout the day seems to perform better than posting multiple times all at once.

Which is actually good to know!

Because it means I can be more strategic going forward β€” spreading my posts out rather than clustering them together πŸ’—

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Day 63 β€” Walking 10K Steps With My Weighted Vest

✨ Day 63 of walking 10,000 steps daily β€” with my weighted vest!

And honestly?

Getting back into that consistent walking groove after the rest days felt really really good.

Because walking always brings me back to myself.
Back to my center.
Back to my grounding πŸ’—

🚢 WalkingPad P1 Folding Treadmill

πŸ“Œ Pinterest Views Dipped Too β€” And What I Think It Means

I also noticed something interesting today.

My Pinterest monthly views dipped slightly β€” from 3,000 down to 2,900.

And honestly?

In the past that would have sent me into a full spiral lol πŸ˜πŸ’—

But today?

Something different happened.

Instead of panicking and blaming the algorithm…

…I got curious.

And I started thinking about something really fascinating:

πŸ‘‰ what if the dip in my online engagement is connected to the dip in my energy?

Because when I look back at the past few days:

  • I had an unexpected visitor

  • I took rest days

  • I was emotionally drained

  • I was feeling nostalgic and a little sad

  • My energy was genuinely low

And honestly?

I think that low energy showed up everywhere.
In my posting.
In my engagement.
In my numbers online.

And that is a really interesting and profound observation πŸ’—

✨ The Mindset Shift That Changed Everything Today

Okay this is honestly the most important part of today's update.

Because instead of doing what the old me would have done β€”

Which was:
πŸ‘‰ spiral.
πŸ‘‰ panic.
πŸ‘‰ blame the algorithm.
πŸ‘‰ convince myself everything was falling apart.

I did something completely different today.

I brought it back to:
πŸ‘‰ my energy healing work.
πŸ‘‰ my identity work.
πŸ‘‰ my mindset.

Because I am starting to realize something really powerful:

πŸ‘‰ maybe it is not always an algorithm problem.
πŸ‘‰ maybe sometimes it is an energy problem.

And when your energy is low β€” when you are emotionally drained and running on empty β€” that shows up everywhere in your life.

In your content.
In your engagement.
In your numbers.
In your results.

So instead of spiraling or panicking at the first sign of a dip…

…I decided to focus on:
πŸ‘‰ regrounding myself.
πŸ‘‰ coming back to center.
πŸ‘‰ rebuilding my energy from the inside out.

And honestly?

That feels like one of the most important lessons this entire experiment has taught me so far πŸ’—

πŸ’— "Before blaming the algorithm β€” check your energy. Sometimes the dip outside is just a reflection of the dip inside. And the fix is not strategy. It is grounding."

🌱 What I Am Doing to Reground My Energy

So here is what I am bringing back into focus to reground myself:

  • getting back to consistent daily walking with my weighted vest

  • returning to my morning affirmation practice

  • journaling and writing to process emotions

  • returning to my simple repeatable routines

  • being intentional about my energy and what I am giving it to

  • and reminding myself that a dip is not a disaster πŸ’—

Because honestly?

I keep learning the same lesson over and over again on this journey:

πŸ‘‰ I am not going to spiral or panic at the first sight of fear or possible failure or a shift in a negative direction.

Instead I am going to:
πŸ‘‰ work on my mindset.
πŸ‘‰ work on my routines.
πŸ‘‰ come back to center.
πŸ‘‰ and trust that the results will follow πŸ’—

πŸ““ The Five Minute Journal

One of my go-to tools for regrounding my energy and coming back to center on the harder days πŸ’— Five minutes of intentional morning reflection makes such a difference in how the rest of the day unfolds β€” especially when your energy has been low.

🌿 Root Chakra Reflection: Energy First β€” Everything Else Follows

Day 13 of this 90-day Noise app experiment is drilling in a lesson I think I needed to really internalize:

πŸ‘‰ your energy is the foundation of everything.

Not the algorithm.
Not the posting frequency.
Not the strategy.

Your energy.

When your energy is grounded and high and aligned…
…your content flows.
…your engagement grows.
…your numbers move.

And when your energy is depleted and low and disconnected…
…everything reflects that too.

And honestly?

That is not a failure.
That is just:
πŸ‘‰ being human. πŸ’—

The root chakra is all about stability and safety and grounding.

And when life depletes that grounding β€” through grief, unexpected visitors, emotional exhaustion β€”

…the answer is not to push harder.

The answer is to:
πŸ‘‰ come back to center.
πŸ‘‰ reground.
πŸ‘‰ refill.
πŸ‘‰ and then move forward from a place of fullness rather than depletion πŸ’—

πŸ’— "You cannot pour from an empty cup. And you cannot create from a depleted energy field. Reground first. Everything else will follow."

πŸ”„ What I'm Focusing on Tomorrow

  • Space out my Noise app posts throughout the day rather than all at once πŸ’—

  • Continue walking 10K steps daily β€” Day 64 here we come! πŸ’—

  • Focus on regrounding my energy through my morning routines

  • Continue chipping away at that credit card balance

  • Water Mrs. Dandy and all the new sunflowers 🌻

  • Keep showing up from a place of energy and intention πŸ’—

πŸ’¬ Final Thoughts on Day 13

Day 13 of this 90-day Noise app experiment was genuinely one of the most insightful days so far.

Not because the numbers were great.
Not because everything went perfectly.

But because I learned something really important:

πŸ‘‰ the dip in my online engagement was a reflection of the dip in my energy.

And instead of spiraling…
…I chose to reground.

And honestly?

That might be the most powerful thing I have done on this entire journey so far πŸ’—
