OMG π
I honestly cannot believe I'm officially on: π Day 28 of this experiment.
Only TWO DAYS LEFT after today?!
That feels absolutely surreal.
And honestly?
I think the biggest thing this challenge has taught me is: π consistency creates self-trust.
Because when I first started this challenge, I wasn't just trying to:
grow followers
earn money online
or test the Noise app
I was also trying to prove something to myself: π that I could start again.
And honestly?
That part feels emotional.

Walking Challenge: Day 50 of walking 10K steps daily
EEEEKKK ππ
50 DAYS.
Honestly? That feels way bigger to me than the money.
Because 50 days ago, I made a promise to myself⦠and for once?
π I actually kept going.
πΆββοΈ Day 50 of Walking 10K Steps
Today officially marks:
β¨ 50 DAYS of walking 10,000 steps daily
And honestly?
That feels HUGE emotionally.
Because after my grandma passed away earlier this year, I completely fell out of my routines.
Like so many peopleβ¦
I started the year motivated on January 1st⦠and then life happened.
Grief happened. Stress happened. Exhaustion happened.
And honestly?
For a while, I thought: π maybe I had failed myself again.
But then in Aprilβ¦
I picked myself back up again.
And now?
Here I am: π
Still walking. Still healing. Still rebuilding. Still showing up for myself.
And honestly?
I feel SO proud of myself for not quitting this time π
β¨ The Habit That Changed Everything
I genuinely think restarting walking changed EVERYTHING for me.
Because walking became:
emotional regulation
nervous system healing
grounding
movement therapy
stress relief
self-trust in motion
And honestly?
My walking pad has helped me SO much with consistency.
Especially on:
rainy days
emotionally hard days
exhausted days
days I didn't want to leave the house
It made it easier to keep my promise to myself.
If you're trying to build healthier routines too, this may be a fun walking pad to try:
π WalkingPad P1 Folding Treadmill
πͺ Upper Body Workout Update
I also completed: π the MadFit upper body workout on YouTube today with my pink dumbbells ππ
OMG lol.
20 minutes was HUMBLING.
But honestly?
I'm really proud of myself for slowly adding strength training into my routines too.
Because this season of my life feels less about: π punishing myself
β¦and more about: π supporting myself.
And honestly?
That shift feels really healing.
πΏ Soft Discipline vs. Harsh Discipline
One thing I'm learning lately is that: π discipline does not need to feel harsh to still be effective.
For so long I thought growth had to come from:
pressure
shame
burnout
overworking
pushing myself past exhaustion
But lately?
I'm trying to build my life through:
softness
consistency
emotional safety
routines
self compassion
And honestly?
I think that's why I'm finally staying consistent.
π Things Helping Me Stay Consistent
A few things I've genuinely been loving lately:
walking daily
walking pad workouts
scripting with the Stella App
pink dumbbells
calming playlists
nervous system healing routines
affirmations
soft structure

π§ What I'm Learning
Day 28 is teaching me:
consistency builds self-trust
healing isn't linear
soft discipline works
small habits change identity
routines create emotional safety
starting over is still progress
π± Root Chakra Reflection
This journey keeps bringing me back to: π safety through consistency.
The more I:
move my body
regulate stress
stay grounded
create routines
build financial stability slowly
β¦the safer I feel inside myself.
And honestly?
That feeling is becoming stronger every single day π
π What I'm Focusing on Next
Going into Day 29:
continue posting consistently
continue walking daily
continue healing my nervous system
continue rebuilding my finances
continue becoming the version of myself I know exists inside me
π¬ Final Thoughts
Day 28 feels emotional.
Because I think keeping promises to yourself changes you.
And honestly?
I think this challenge is teaching me that I'm finally becoming someone I can rely on π
