Welcome back to my little corner of the internet π
I'm officially on Day 14 of my 30-day Noise app experiment⦠and today feels emotional in a really beautiful way.
Not heavy emotional.
More like:
π remembering myself again.
And honestly?
That feels healing π

And I'm really starting to notice how consistency creates momentum.
Not just financially.
But emotionally too.
Because the more consistently I:
walk
post
save money
show up for myself
β¦the more connected I feel to myself again π
π° Noise App Money Goal Check-In

πΆββοΈ Day 36 of Walking 10K Steps Daily
β¨ Day 36 of walking 10,000 steps daily! π
And honestlyβ¦
I'm starting to feel like myself again.
Not the exhausted version.
Not the overwhelmed version.
Not the survival mode version.
But:
π the Amy I forgot about.
The Amy who:
used to wake up early
go on morning walks
listen to podcasts
dream bigger
feel hopeful
feel connected to herself
And that realization hit me really deeply today π

πΏ Coming Back Into My Own Energy
It feels like I'm:
releasing old energies
shifting old patterns
letting go of things that no longer serve me
Or maybe the better way of saying it is:
π I'm outgrowing them.
And at the same timeβ¦
I'm reconnecting with parts of myself that I abandoned along the way.
That honestly feels emotional to write.
Because I think somewhere along the line β stress, grief, survival mode β made me disconnect from myself.
And now?
I feel like I'm slowly coming back into my own energy again π
π "Healing is not always becoming someone new. Sometimes it is simply coming home to who you always were underneath all the noise."
π Still Using the Stella App
I'm also still using the free version of the Stella app and honestlyβ¦
π it's pretty darn cool lol ππ
It has:
a gratitude section
a manifestation wall
personalized stories it creates
And it's been helping me stay focused on:
possibility
identity work
future visioning
Which feels really aligned with this season of my life π
π§ What Day 14 of This Noise App Experiment Is Teaching Me
Day 14 is teaching me:
healing can feel like remembering yourself
consistency reconnects you to your identity
small habits change your energy over time
growth isn't just external β it's internal too π
π± Root Chakra Reflection: Coming Home to Yourself
This entire journey keeps bringing me back to:
π grounding.
The more I:
walk daily
save money
simplify my life
create routines
protect my peace
β¦the safer I feel in my body and in my life.
And honestly?
I think that's what root chakra healing really is π
π What I'm Focusing on for Day 15

Keep building toward 1,000 followers
Continue paying off debt
Keep reconnecting with myself π
π¬ Final Thoughts on Day 14
Day 14 feels less like:
π "creating a new version of myself"

π coming home to who I always was underneath the stress. π
