Welcome back to my little corner of the internet 💗
I'm officially on Day 12 of my 30-day Noise app experiment… and today felt emotional in a different kind of way.
Not bad emotional.
Just… reflective.
Because I can feel myself changing.
And I think there's a certain kind of grief that comes with realizing:
👉 your old life no longer fits you anymore. 💗

calming
stabilizing

🌟 Trying the Stella Manifesting App
I also started using the free version of the Stella app today…
And honestly?
👉 It seems SUPER cool 👀💗
I've really been leaning deeper into:
identity work
affirmations
becoming intentional about the version of myself I'm creating
🧠 The Identity Shift Happening
A few affirmations I feel really drawn to lately are:
✨ "Everything I touch is gold."
✨ "My mind is worth millions."
And honestly…
Those affirmations feel less like fantasy lately and more like:
👉 permission.
Permission to stop identifying with:
survival mode
fear
inconsistency
emotional chaos
And start identifying with:
abundance
discipline
self-trust
stability 💗
💗 The Grief of Outgrowing Your Old Life
I do feel a little sad today though.
Not because I want my old life back…
But because there's grief in realizing:
👉 I can't stay the same anymore.
Some habits.
Some mindsets.
Some versions of me.
They simply can't come with me where I'm going.
And I think healing sometimes looks like:
feeling grateful
while also grieving what you're releasing
At the same time 💗
💗 "You are allowed to grieve who you were while becoming who you are meant to be. Both things can be true at the same time."
