But to me?

It represents:

Okay I really want to talk about this one honestly.

Because I think it's something a lot of women can relate to.

Today I did not weight lift.

And honestly?

I also woke up an hour late lol πŸ˜­πŸ’—

Because I got my period today.

And my body was feeling a little lethargic and slow and just…
…not quite herself lol πŸ˜­πŸ’—

And here's the thing.

The old me would have:

  • forced herself to lift anyway

  • gotten mad at herself for waking up late

  • felt guilty for the slower day

  • and probably spiraled into negative self talk about it

But this newer version of me?

She understands something the old me didn't:

πŸ‘‰ our bodies go through phases.

And that is not just okay β€” it is completely and beautifully normal.

Because honestly?

Our bodies are incredibly wise.

And when your body is asking for rest…
…the most loving thing you can do is:

This 90-day experiment and my entire rebuilding finances in 2026 journey keeps reminding me of something really important:
