Welcome back to my little corner of the internet π
I'm on Day 22 of my 90-day Noise app experimentβ¦
And honestly?
Today is one of those days where I just want to be real with you.
Because this week has felt:
π really, really OFF.
Like the kind of off where you can't quite put your finger on itβ¦
but your whole body just feels heavy.
And I'm learning β
slowly β
how to be kind to myself during those moments.
And honestly?
That might be the most important thing I'm learning through this entire experiment π

πΈ A $9.45 Win From the Brand Club App
One thing I love about this journey is:
π the wins show up in unexpected places.
Today I cashed out $9.45 from the Brand Club app and immediately put it toward my credit card balance.
The payment hasn't posted yetβ¦
but it's on its way.
And honestly?
$9.45 might not sound like a lot.
But right now it represents:
money earned from simply using apps I already use
one more step toward paying down that balance
proof that small streams of income add up over time
And honestly?
That feels really good π
π "Every small payment is a vote for the version of you that is financially free."
π My Mom Is Sick β And I'm Learning to Hold It All
I also just want to sayβ¦
My mom is pretty sick right now.
She has a cold, and between that and everything else going on with her health latelyβ¦
my heart has just felt really heavy ππ
And I think that heaviness has been showing up everywhere this week.
In my motivation.
In my energy.
In my ability to just⦠do the things I normally do.
And I'm trying to remind myself:
π that's okay.
Because being a caregiver while also trying to build a life is:
hard
exhausting
emotional
and incredibly brave
And I think more people need to hear that π
πΏ Learning How to Be Kind to Yourself
This week has taught me something really important:
π self-kindness is not the same as giving up.
Because for a long time I think I confused the two.
I thought resting meant failing.
I thought a missed walk meant I was falling behind.
I thought not showing up perfectly meant I wasn't serious enough.
But lately?
I'm starting to understand that:
rest is part of the process
grace is a form of strength
showing up imperfectly still counts
you can be kind to yourself AND still be committed to your goals
Those two things can exist at the same time π
π "Being kind to yourself isn't giving up. It's giving yourself what you actually need to keep going."

π± What Day 22 Is Really Teaching Me
Day 22 of this 90-day Noise app experiment is teaching me:
you don't have to earn rest β rest is part of the work
being kind to yourself IS a form of productivity
small financial wins still count even on hard days
caregiving is its own kind of full-time job
showing up in any way you can is always enough
πΈ Root Chakra Reflection: Safety Starts With Self-Compassion
This whole journey keeps bringing me back to:
π safety.
And lately I'm realizing that safety isn't only about:
money in the bank
paid off debt
a consistent routine
It's also about:
π feeling safe inside yourself.
Feeling like you won't abandon yourself when things get hard.
Feeling like you can be gentle with yourself and still keep going.
And honestly?
I think that kind of inner safety is what I'm really building here ππ»
π Manifestation & Gratitude Journal
On the heavy days, getting my thoughts out on paper has been one of the most grounding things I do. Even just writing down one thing I'm grateful for changes something in my nervous system π

π What I'm Focusing on Tomorrow
Post more than once on the Noise app π
Try to get a walk in β even a short one
Check on my mom and take care of us both π
Continue chipping away at that credit card balance
Keep being kind to myself π»
π¬ Final Thoughts on Day 22
Day 22 wasn't my biggest day.
But it was an honest one.
And I showed up.
In the way I could.
With what I had.
And honestly?
π I think that's everything ππ»
